The pilot program

Pricing follows a conversation.

Bridge lenders don't think per-seat. They think per-loan and in basis points. What Bridgewerks costs you depends on your volume, your book, and which modules you'll actually run.

So we don't publish a price list. We talk first, see your desk, and put a scoped evaluation proposal in front of you, with pricing and the readiness gate, after one call.

How it works
01Intro call
Thirty minutes on your desk: volume, deal shapes, and where the process lives today (Outlook, Excel, the whiteboard).30 MIN
02Fictional workflow demo
A fictional broker email becomes an underwritten deal, IC memo, and Excel export. We tailor the workflow questions to your desk without loading a new lender's customer data.EMAIL → MEMO
03Scoped pilot proposal
A written proposal sized to your book: modules, timeline, and pricing. No surprises, nothing you didn't ask for.PRICING HERE
04Readiness-gated pilot
Evaluate the workflow with fictional or explicitly cleared examples while the shared-service isolation rollout is completed. A second live lender organization and real customer data wait for proven organization ownership, effective row-level isolation, negative tests, and an independent security review.ISOLATION FIRST
Every pilot includes

An explicit isolation gate

Organization ownership, membership, non-bypassing database access, row-level isolation, and cross-organization tests are acceptance criteria, not claims about today's incomplete migration. The isolation gate must pass before a second live lender is onboarded.

Your configuration plan

We document the company name, logo, document style, roles, capital sources, identity, and integrations your organization will need after the shared-service gate passes.

Export and deletion terms in writing

Organization-scoped export, suspension, restore, and purge tooling exists, but hard-delete is blocked today for any organization with a retained terms-acceptance record. We agree the retention and deletion treatment before any live onboarding.

Set up the call.

Thirty minutes, your desk, no deck. You'll leave knowing what a fictional-data evaluation would cost, what it can prove now, and what must pass before a live lender rollout.
