Configure your workspace
Set your company identity, available modules, and optional integrations.
Updated July 22, 2026
Open workspace settings
Workspace administrators use Settings to manage the company-level configuration that shapes Bridgewerks for every teammate. Changes should reflect an approved operating decision, not an individual preference.
Set the company identity
Add the company name, logo, and accent color used in the product and supported exports. Use a high-quality logo with enough contrast for the intended background. Review a representative screen and document after changing branding.
Choose available modules
Modules control which tools appear in the workspace. Enable only the parts of Bridgewerks your team is prepared to use, and tell teammates when a newly enabled module changes their workflow.
Some guides describe optional modules. If a tool is absent from the sidebar, check the module configuration before treating it as an access problem.
Configure integrations
Email intake, Slack, AI-assisted features, and other integrations depend on deployment-specific credentials and policy. Follow the provisioning instructions supplied with your workspace; never place a secret in a deal note, task, or support message.
After enabling an integration, test it with non-sensitive sample data and confirm the resulting record in Bridgewerks.
Review configuration changes
Record who approved a material workspace change and when it took effect. Revisit configuration when the company changes its process, identity provider, lending programs, or connected systems.
