Review a broker email
Turn an incoming opportunity into a clean deal record.
Updated July 22, 2026
Open the intake queue
If your workspace has an intake mailbox configured, broker emails arrive in Inbox. Each item contains the source message, attachments, and the deal details Bridgewerks could identify.
The mailbox address and collection method are set by your workspace administrator. If expected mail is missing, confirm that it was sent or forwarded to the configured address.
Review extracted information
Open the inbox item and compare the proposed fields with the email and attachments. Pay particular attention to the property address, request amount, transaction type, sponsor, broker, and timing.
Extracted values are a starting point, not an approval. A low-confidence or missing field should be checked against the original source before you create the deal.
Approve or reject the item
Choose Approve when the opportunity belongs in the pipeline. Bridgewerks creates the deal record and keeps the intake material with it. Open the new deal to complete missing information and assign the next step.
Choose Reject for spam, duplicate opportunities, or mail that does not represent a deal. Rejecting the inbox item keeps it out of the active deal pipeline.
Handle duplicates
Search Deals by address or property name before approving a second submission for the same opportunity. If an existing record already represents the deal, add the new information there rather than creating a parallel history.
