Team workflow

Use priorities, tasks, and schedule

Choose the right workspace for daily work and time-sensitive requests.

Updated July 22, 2026

Choose the right tool

Bridgewerks separates three kinds of work:

  • Priorities surfaces deal and portfolio items that need attention.
  • Tasks records work with an owner, status, and due date.
  • Schedule coordinates time-bound requests and team availability.

Use the tool that matches the work rather than copying the same item into every list.

Work from priorities

Start the day in Priorities to see what the system and your team have identified as important. Open the source deal or loan for context. If the item requires assigned follow-up, create or update a task rather than treating the priority card as the only record of the work.

Assign and complete tasks

Write a task as a concrete outcome, assign one owner, and set a meaningful due date. Keep discussion and supporting facts on the related record when possible. Update the task status as work progresses so teammates can rely on the board.

Coordinate with schedule

Use Schedule for requests that depend on a particular time, person, or shared calendar. A scheduled event does not replace the deal note or task that explains why it matters. Link the operational records together through consistent names and context.
